I really like phases where I take really good care of myself.
1) Gym membership
2) Crest White Strips
3) Clean room/clean life
4) Detox cleanse
5) Limit alcohol intake
6) Tan (which isn’t necessarily “good” for me, but it is good for my mind)
7) Reading instead of t.v. and internet. 3 books. 3 weeks.
8) Friend time. Really helps with my neurosis.
9) Saving money. Something that I’ve been working on for months, but is actually STICKING this time :)
10) Focusing on leveling myself. Becoming humble and working on things that actually MATTER in life: i.e. my relationships with family/friends, honesty, being open about my feelings and my life, working hard for what I deserve.
11) Cooking. Fresh ingredients, low calorie, favorite hobby.
I’d make a DAMN GOOD roommate/girlfriend/wife. No doubt about it.
